CPanel / WebHostManager (WHM) is an all in one system that allows simple administration over your web server, while offering the client a powerful web based interface to control all kinds of functions that the CPanel interface has to offer. The system also keeps itself up to date with the latest package upgrades and is always being
enhanced to make it a more and more
powerful system.
What is cPanel?
CPanel is a web based client interface. It allows users to monitor things like disk space and bandwidth usage. CPanel also gives the client the ability to manage his own passwords, Mail accounts, FTP accounts, sub domains, error pages, protected directories and files, MySQL Databases, Cron jobs, redirects and much more. The client interface also gives Boards and the list of pre-installed scripts.
Please note: The sale of the above cPanel license do not automatically qualify the purchaser for technical support or installation support. You may request our experienced System Administrator to trouble shoot or install cPanel on your server for $99 per hour (charge at 1 hour blocks). Server administration service such as kernel hardening, server audit, apache troubleshooting, Email Troubleshooting, FTP trouble shooting, MySQL troubleshooting, cPanel troubleshooting are also available at the same rate. A 35% surcharge may apply for instant deployment of our Server Administrator to work on your server.
What is a Full cPanel License?
cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM) combine to form a fully featured web hosting control panel system. The cPanel and WHM package allows you to manage every aspect of your server's web hosting needs through two easy to use interfaces. cPanel and WHM are both installed with every copy of the cPanel and WHM software and must be used together.

WebHost Manager
WebHost Manager is the server administration interface which allows you to control and monitor your server from a easy to use web interface. Within WebHost Manager , you can manage domain accounts, restart services (apache, bind, SQL, etc), manage your hosting and reseller accounts, install server and system software and modules, configure manual or automatic system backups, transfer accounts between servers, edit DNS, and more.
cPanel
cPanel allows domain owners to manage and monitor their web site. This easy to use interface is packed full of useful features. Inside cPanel domain owners can manage email and ftp accounts, view site statistics, manage addon and parked domains, manage their files, backup their site, and more. cPanel (control panel) is a graphical web-based management tool, designed to make administration of web sites as easy as possible. cPanel handles all aspects of website administration in an easy-to-use interface. The software, which is proprietary, runs on a number of popular RPM-based Linux distributions, such as SuSE, Fedora, Mandriva, CentOS, Red Hat, FreeBSD, and cAos.All cPanel licenses are per server with unlimited domains. To qualify for licensing your IP must be publicly-visible and static. Please do not request licensing for dialup or dynamic IP cable modems (dyndns, DHCP, etc). If your server is behind a firewall/router, please provide the external IP.
What is a VPS cPanel VPS Optimised Licence?
Virtual Private Servers (VPS) often referred to as Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS) are an alternative to your traditional Dedicated Server or Shared Hosting Plan. Unlike traditional shared hosting environments, virtual servers provide full root access to your account. A luxury traditionally reserved for dedicated server administrators. Virtual Private Servers use a kernel level technology that divides up a server into multiple active virtual servers. Each server can have a unique Linux distributions installed, and carries all the characteristics of a unique server. This means you are able to do a whole lot more for a whole lot less.
Each partitioned section requires it's own external cpanel license.
