In order to obtain a dedicated IP address for your hosting account, be it shared or reseller, you can simply login to the Client Area, select "My Hosting Packages" and select "View Details" next to your hosting package and locate the Addon's button.

Select the Addon's and a dedicated IP address. Once provisioned, your site may appear offline in some locations whislt DNS propogates to your new IP address.
