By default, all incoming MySQL connections to our servers are blocked.
This is to protect the server and the MySQL services.
If however you require access from a remote location and you have a static IP address on your broadband connection, you may lodge a request with us to allow your IP address access.
Unfortunately, if you do not have a static IP, we cannot grant access to the MySQL server from a remote location.
