I cannot access my site, ping my site, access cPanel or FTP. Is the server down?

Not necessarily. It is possible, due to too may incorrect username/password attempts either on cPanel, FTP or another area of your site, that your IP address has been blocked by our firewalls on our servers.

This setup is in place to protect your account and data from brute force entry and various other attacks.

If you are concerned that the server may be down, you may check our Server Status page to see if the server you are on is Online or Offline, our Announcements section for server outage announcements or our homepage.

If all appears normal, then chances are your IP is blocked. If this is the case, visit http://whatismyip.com/ and lodge a support ticket with us with the IP address that appears on http://whatismyip.com/

Once lodged, we will check our firewalls for your IP address and remove where necessary.
