Yes, we can provide backup mx services for your email service.
You may order this as an addon option from within your client area.
Simply visit your client area, select "My Hosting Packages", then "View Details" next to your hosting plan.
From there, you will then find a button stating to view available addons, from which you can select the backup mx service.
Alternatively, you may wish to lodge a support ticket and we can do this for you.
