If you receive the error:
Error while connecting to MySQL. Failover enacted.
You are required to do either of the following:
Shared/Reseller Clients: Contact Hightek Hosting Technical Support for assistance in the resolution of this issue
VPS/Dedicated/Colocation Clients:
1) Log into your server via SSH
2) Run the following command:
/scripts/perlinstaller --force Bundle::DBD::mysql
3) Restart MySQL and check to be sure the error disappears.
If at any time you are unsure or require assistance, do not proceed and contact technical support immediately.
