For Linux:
Login to cpanel >> Mail >> Modify Mail Exchanger (MX Entry) >> Change an MX
Entry >> The new MX entry should not be an IP.

For Windows:
Login to plesk >> DNS >> Remove the current MX entry >> Add a new MX record.
