You can setup your Apple iPhone to connect to your Hightek Hosting email account via POP3 or IMAP using the configuration outline below:

1. If this is the first e-mail account on your iPhone, tap Mail. Otherwise, tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account.
2. Tap Other.
3. Tap in the Name box and enter your full name.
4. Tap in the Address box and enter your full e-mail address (for example, tony@contoso.com).
5. Tap in the Password box and enter your password.
6. Tap Save.
7. Tap either IMAP or POP.
8. Under Incoming Mail Server Host Name, enter the incoming mailserver address outlined within your hosting welcome email.
9. Enter your user name (for example, tony@yourdomain.com) and your password.
10. Under Outgoing Mail Server Host Name, enter your outgoing server name outlined within your hosting welcome email. 
11. Enter your user name and password.
12. Tap Save.

Note: If you configure email on your iPhone device, your iPhone will download all email to the device and you will not be downloading it to your local Outlook or mail client. You will need to nominate an option within the iPhone to leave a copy of the mailserver if you wish to download the mail later onto a desktop PC mail client.
