Yes, although the process may vary on how we proceed to transfer your accounts. If you currently utilise a cPanel account with another provider, then the process is as simple as lodging a support ticket requesting the transfer from your current provider. Be sure to include your current cPanel username and password details in your ticket. If you are not currently hosted on a cPanel server, then the process of transfer is proven not to be quite so simple. You will still need to lodge a support ticket requesting the transfer and still need to provide your login details, however unlike cPanel, the entire transfer process needs to be completed manually. Simply contact us at the time of transfer request and we will advise you of the steps required.
