Can you transfer my current accounts to your reseller package?

Yes, although the process may vary on how we proceed to transfer your accounts.

If you currently utilise a cPanel account with another provider, then the process is as simple as lodging a support ticket requesting the transfer from your current provider. Be sure to include your current cPanel username and password details in your ticket.

If you are not currently hosted on a cPanel server, then the process of transfer is proven not to be quite so simple. You will still need to lodge a support ticket requesting the transfer and still need to provide your login details, however unlike cPanel, the entire transfer process needs to be completed manually.
