How do I upgrade my hosting plan?

If you wish to upgrade your hosting plan, you can do so at any time via our MyAccount Portal at http://www.hightekhosting.com.au/myaccount/

In order to request a plan upgrade, you are required to follow these steps:

  1. Login to the MyAccount Portal at http://www.hightekhosting.com.au/myaccount/clientarea.php
  2. Select the "My Services" menu from the top of the page.
  3. Select on the View Details icon ( )next to the hosting service you wish to upgrade
  4. Select the hosting plan you wish to upgrade to and follow the prompts

The billing system will then commence the upgrade order and if any credits are applicable, it will apply them to the order.
