Please check you are using the correct details.

You need to use 'ftp.yourdomain.com' (Replacing yourdomain.com with your domain) - If you have not registered your domain yet or you are transferring from another host, contact support for the IP address of the server your site is hosted on. You can also find out via the control panel you are using.

These details will also be outlined in your welcome email.
