Christmas/New Year Office & Support Hours
Dear customers,
We wish to advise that over the Christmas/New Year's break, we will be limited with sales and support staff due to the holiday season.
As from the Monday 22nd December, 2008, our sales team and support team will be limited over the holiday break, but bare in mind that many suppliers of hardware are closed over the holiday season and your enquiry may not be able to be actioned until we/they return to service in the new year.
We will be returning to full normal operations on Monday 5th January, 2009.
As many staff travel over the holiday season, technical support responses may slow down but will be responded to as quickly as possible.
All shared and reseller servers (including hardware nodes) are fully monitored 24 hours a day and should any issues arise where a server is offline, it will be responded to promptly.
If you require urgent technical support, you may phone us on 1300 85 34 30 anytime for an urgent response. On-call technician's will be available 24/7 and we will still have our operations centre in full operation for the support and management of those who have these services. There will be a voicemail service available for both sales & support via our on-call technicians, so we ask that you do leave a message and it will be acted upon accordingly and promptly should you not be able to reach a technician.
