I cannot send emails. What are your SMTP settings or SMTP settings I can use?

If you are experiencing issues with sending emails from your email client, please be sure to check that your SMTP settings are set to your providers SMTP servers.

Eg: Bigpond users - please use mail.bigpond.com as your outgoing mail server settings

If you are with a provider than other bigpond, most providers smtp (outgoing) mailserver settings are in the form of mail.providersdomain.com

If you have checked the above settings and they are correct and you are still experiencing problems with sending SMTP, please follow these guidelines in order to use your hosting services STMP server:

1. Ensure SMTP authentication is enabled.
- username: accountname@domain.com
- password: password

2. Set your SMTP port to 26 and not 25. Some providers block access to port 25 that is out of their network.

If you have further issues, please lodge a support ticket with our technical support department
